Venue access times BEFORE and AFTER your event - We require this information for all events with restrictions on timing for arrival to set up/pack away - Halls, Parks, Community Centres, Relatives Homes etc where flexible timing may not be an option.

Matting(Required)

Matting is a requirement if setting up on hard surfaces. *Matting is included in price of Dino Bone and Big Blue Block Hire. Matting is an additional $50 + GST per day hire for giant lego brick hire - half set and an additional $100 + GST per day hire for giant lego brick hire - full set.

Giant Lego Brick Hire - I am setting up on a hard floor surface and require foam matting
Giant Lego Brick Hire - I am setting up on a soft surface and do not require foam matting
Big Blue Blocks/Dino Bone Hire - I am hiring either the Big Blue Blocks or Dinosaur Bones and matting is included.

Protection from weather(Required)

We encourage outdoor events however our equipment must be kept safe from both wet weather and full sunshine during the warmer months of the year. If you are setting up outdoors it is a requirement to have adequate protection such as a gazebo, shade sail or patio to set up beneath.

I have read the below and am aware that the LPP team will not be able to proceed with set up if adequate protection of the equipment has not been considered.

Delivery - Local delivery (within 10km of our HQ in O'Connor) and set up is included in price of packages. Please note extra delivery is charged at $3 per kilometre outside of this local (10km) radius. This extra charge covers both ways - both delivery + collection. Please note set-up and pack-up takes approximately 40-60 minutes each side of your event.(Required)

Please ensure your event address is specific so we can accurately calculate the distance from our closest location.

I am aware that extra charges outside of 10km will be calculated ($3 per km + GST covering both delivery and collection) and will be added to my invoice.
