Venue access times BEFORE and AFTER your event - We require this information for all events with restrictions on timing for arrival to set up/pack away - Halls, Parks, Community Centres, Relatives Homes etc where flexible timing may not be an option.

Matting ($40 for all Playspaces)(Required)

Matting is a requirement if setting up on hard surfaces. We have optional matting for set ups on grass or soft carpet. Please note, matting will be REQUIRED if the grass is not in good condition. (Mats are available for Play spaces and soft play equipment only)

Protection from weather(Required)

I have read the below and am aware that the LPP team will not be able to proceed with set up if adequate protection of the equipment has not been considered.

We encourage outdoor events however our equipment must be kept safe from both wet weather and full sunshine during the warmer months of the year. If you are setting up outdoors it is a requirement to have adequate protection such as a gazebo, shade sail or patio to set up beneath.

Delivery Options - Delivery and set up options below are within 10km of O'Connor location. Please note extra delivery is charged at $3 per kilometre outside of this local (10km) radius. This extra charge covers both ways - both delivery + collection.(Required)

*The cost below covers collection of items, delivery to and from your event and the time taken to set up (40 - 60 minute) and pack away equipment.

BOTH WAY (SMALL) DELIVERY + SET UP/PACK AWAY - Delivery, set up + pack up of a small playspace - $80 + GST
BOTH WAY (LARGE) DELIVERY + SET UP/PACK AWAY - Delivery, set up and pack up of a Large Playspace - $90 + GST
BOTH WAY (TODDLER ZONE) DELIVERY + SET UP/PACK AWAY - Delivery, set up and pack up of a Toddler Zone - Submit enquiry form for pricing.
