Q. Where are you located? 

A. We have 3 hubs across Perth offering flexible pick up and delivery options – Pearsall servicing the North, Cockburn servicing the South and Mandurah servicing the Peel region.

Q. What are the delivery + set up/pack up options?

  1. We offer a delivery + set up service straight to your event to suit your times – this makes for a fuss free experience on party day! We generally allow 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for pack up. If you are hosting at a venue with timed access, we will work around these times to the best of our availability. If you are hosting at home, we can be flexible with timings and will work around your preferences and our other bookings. We will always be out of the way before the little people arrive to play!
  2. You are welcome to pack up + return your equipment to help keep costs down. In order for this to be possible, you will need a LARGE + EMPTY vehicle and some extra time after your event. The equipment needs to be kept safe, secure, dry and clean in transit.  If possible we can arrange for  returns to happen the  day after your event. This all depends on our other bookings for the weekend and will be confirmed in the week prior once our bookings schedule is finalised.
  3. Due to safety and protection of our equipment, we no longer allow customer collection + set up of our soft play items. Please feel free to ask up about this option for our coasters and games packages.

Q. How long can I hire the equipment for? 

A.  Hire is for the duration of your event, up to 10 hours between 8am – 6pm. A late fee will apply for finishing times past 6pm.

Q. Is the equipment cleaned between hires?

A. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities of course with little people around! Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every hire with hospital grade disinfectant as well as plenty of sunshine when we can get it!

Q. What age group is your equipment suited to?

A. Our soft play spaces are best suited to the 0-3 year old crew. For the slightly bigger kiddies we have our giant games and mini rollercoasters.

Q. Where can your equipment be set up?

A. Indoors or outdoors. Parks, gardens, reserves, halls, restaurants,  function centres, homes, garages…anywhere really!

Things to consider:

– The surface we set up on needs to be clean, stable, flat and free from debris (our team will assess the space upon arrival and advise you if the area is not going to be appropriate)

-shade/weather protection – our gear cannot get wet and nor can it be set up in full sun. Please consider the weather if hosting an outdoor event and arrange for appropriate protection/shade from the rain and sun.

Q. Am I able to change my location at last minute due to weather?

A. Yes  –  we understand that weather can make event planning tricky and will work with you right up until the last minute. Within reason we can move venues (ideally this will only involve a short detour) if the weather is not playing nicely – we just ask that you please communicate with us with as much notice as possible as well as consider any changes that will need to be made to the package hired ( ie – change in floor surface being set up on etc)

Q. How far in advance should I book?

A. If you have your heart set on a date, we recommend booking as early as possible. Generally, we take bookings a month or so ahead of an event, but feel free to book sooner – organised customers are our favourites!

Q. Am I able to switch the packages up?

A. To keep our prices as low as they are, we rely on a very streamlined bookings process. Therefore, we are unable to swap packages around in most cases. We hope you will find something suitable in our range 😊

Q. When do I need to pay?

A. We take a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the equipment in your name. Final balance is due a few days before your event.

Q. What payment options do you have?

A. Payment can be made by Credit Card (through Stripe) or Bank Transfer.
